About the Role
Do you want to help drive a user-centered development of our digital channels – while also contributing visually sharp prototypes and components?
The CX & Digital Channels department is tasked with being at the forefront of customer experience and customer interaction. The CX team supports with customer insights, and together with product development, we continuously deliver improved digital channels. We are responsible for creating a cohesive customer experience across all our digital touchpoints. As a Senior UX Designer, you will become a strategic and operational partner to product owners, development teams, and service designers.
You will work based on our established framework for structure, methodology, and practices within UX, and actively contribute to its further development together with the team. You will enhance your concepts with clear wireframes, prototypes, and UI elements in design tools like Figma or similar.
Your UI focus means that you will be responsible for our design library and UI components, ensuring visual coherence while helping the team make good design decisions.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Translating customer insights into clear design requirements and improvement suggestions
- Defining information architecture, user flows, and interaction principles
- Creating prototypes and UI-close wireframes that visualize UX concepts
- Managing our design library and UI components
- Leading UX activities such as workshops, needs analysis, and concept development
- Supporting and onboarding service designers in their work related to UX and UI
- Ensuring that our digital services comply with accessibility requirements and good UX practices
- Collaborating closely with product owners, developers, and other designers in daily work
Requirements
We would like you to have:
- At least 7 years of experience in UX work in digital environments
- Experience working with information architecture, user flows, and interaction design
- Strong ability to prototype and visualize UX ideas in design tools like Figma
- Strong understanding of UI principles that support usability (layout, hierarchy, typography, spacing)
- Experience leading UX work, choosing methods, structuring, and facilitating workshops and design processes
- Understanding of accessibility (WCAG, EAA) and how it affects UX and UI
- Good communication skills and experience presenting solutions to different target groups
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as the role involves frequent internal and external communication and working with digital products aimed at a Swedish audience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in service design or structured customer journeys.
As a person, you are meticulous, structured, and have an eye for detail. You are a strong team player who enjoys collaborating in cross-functional teams. You are solution-oriented and can easily switch between the big picture and details, and you are equally comfortable working independently as contributing operationally in the design process. In your meticulousness, you strive to deliver high quality and ensure that the customer experience in our digital channels maintains a consistently high standard.
